Poor communication and slow loan processing
The communication was not clear: until y the end we weren’t sure if our application was considered or not. It was really confusing. Moreover, even if you must scrutinize the client’s background, your process seems slower than other loaners we met. Some Institutions process a loan within one hour! So, we were surprised to spend more than a week processing a 18k loan.
